1. HANDBOOK FOR MANAGERS, OWNERS AND TRAINERS IN TOURISM SECTOR.
This handbook introduces a new modern approach for staff selection and recruitment. It is intended to support you as employers, managers and owners within the tourism sector such as hotels, restaurants and tourist agencies.
It is aiming to facilitate your choice at the stage of recruitment and to support also the process of assessment of the personal motivation and the competences of both your potential and current employees thus assisting the development and improvement of your business.
The handbook will give you a chance to increase your individual potential to further develop and improve your skills and abilities. Thus it will be possible to limit the workforce turnover in the Tourist business managed by you and to achieve high quality and efficiency.
2. HANDBOOK FOR EMPLOYEES AND UNEMPLOYED LOOKING FOR A CAREER IN THE TOURISM SECTOR.
This handbook is designed for those of you who either are looking to start or progress a career in the field of Tourism.
It contains psychological tests and questionnaires which will enable you to evaluate and understand better your values, career preferences, motivation and needs and to estimate what exactly are you looking for and want to achieve in your work.
When you know what is valuable in a given job, what you prefer, what attracts and motivates you then you can make a right choice, you can plan your career pathway, manage them in the direction you want and as a result you can achieve both work and life satisfaction as a whole.
3. For both handbooks we developed an online self-assessment tool. Based on our test methodology the targets can self-assess themselves about key skills.
